My path hasn't always been serene; it was forged through my own journey from deep adversity to a life of true freedom and alignment. This personal transformation is the foundation of my practice.

Who I help and my experience
I work with individuals, couples, families, ages 20-70+, and single
parents. If you are experiencing feelings of anxiety, confusion, or
emotional pain, you are in the right place.
My gifts
learning and qualifications began with counselling and advocacy
training which I applied to my work at the beginning of the 90’s
with woman’s refuge with rape crisis, ears to listen without
discrimination, hugs and guidance, answering the voices that wanted
to know… « what now »? « what do I do ? where do I go from here ? »
